What is an Integrated Report?

The Integrated Report is a condensed, forward-looking, strategic document aimed at all stakeholders, including investors, employees, customers, NGOs and the general public.

“Integrated” means that it combines the company’s strategic objectives with an analysis of its financial and non-financial performance.

It was built according to the guiding principles of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and is based on a continuous improvement approach.

It covers the Crédit Agricole S.A. scope – i.e. Crédit Agricole S.A. (a French economic and social unit or “UES”) and its subsidiaries – but also includes information about the Group's policies and action plans, where useful.

Why an Integrated Report and for whom is it intended?

To find out, watch the video featuring Clotilde L'Angevin, Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Head of Financial Communication and Investor Relations.
